APPLICATION/VIEWING UPDATE: Important – READ FIRST!
Unfortunately, we are all facing unprecedented times, personally and professionally. We care about our community, and the health and safety of our clients, customers, staff, and families will be our top priority. Therefore, due to the uncertainties we all face, our office is implementing the following safeguards and suggestions:
*We will continue to monitor the situation and follow recommended guidelines from the health department and government agencies.
*We will do our best to meet the needs of our clients, customers, and staff. However, our office will temporarily be closed to “walk-ins” for the general public. Office hours may vary – OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED MOST MAJOR HOLIDAYS. Please check our website and Facebook page periodically for updates.
*We ask that clients and customers avoid office visits, and use emails or voicemails to communicate with us as necessary. Please see communication methods listed below. Agents and staff may schedule private appointments on an as-needed basis only.
*RENTAL PHOTO VIEWING: Click link under property description to download photos. All preliminary interior viewings of currently available units will be electronic until an applicant is approved (Coming Soon photos not yet available – check site frequently for updates).
*Applications may be submitted for currently available properties online or in our dropbox. All applications should include copy of photo ID, proof of income, and application fee via check/money order payable to Wadsworth Real Estate (or credit card payment required for online submissions). Please see bottom of this page for application information/links. Approved applicants will be provided an in-person appointment for viewing prior to leasing.
*We request that documents and/or payments be sent via postal mail, electronically, or left in our dropbox (monitored and processed daily).
*We are routinely disinfecting and encouraging safe hygiene practices in the office.

“Available now” rental units may be viewed during regular business hours 8:30-4:30 weekdays/9:00-12:00 Saturdays (call office or visit Facebook page for holiday or emergency closures) with proper identification and $20 key deposit (refunded upon key return). No appointment necessary unless noted. Keys must be returned immediately after viewing the same day, but no later than half hour before office closes. “Coming soon” rental units will be updated when available to view. Deposits: Security Deposit equal to rent amount required. Additional deposit for animals may be required, if applicable. Complete rental policy and animal policy available in office. Applications: There is a $25 application fee per applicant (per adult), payable upon submitting application to our office.
